The HH2U Pharmacy Membership Reward Points Program is a loyalty program owned and it is applicable to all HH2U Pharmacy outlets in Malaysia.

By applying for Membership, you hereby AGREE to be bound by the following terms and conditions:
1. MEMBERSHIP
• Application for membership is open to individuals who are aged 18 years Malaysian.
• You may apply from any of our HH2U Pharmacy outlets in Malaysia.
• You are only entitle for one membership and all reward point collected are strictly not transferable.

2. USE OF HH2U MEMBERSHIPCARD
• Membership card or registered phone numbers of member is required to be verified upon every purchase, failing which NO reward Points will be rewarded.
• For redeem reward Points, the identity card of the member is required to be presented.
• HH2U Pharmacy reserve the right to waive, amend the membership terms and conditions without prior notice Any new or amended will supersede the existing one.

3. REWARD POINTS
• For every RM1.00 spend, one (1) reward Points will be awarded.
• If in a single receipt purchase is RM 110.35-the reward points will be 110 as points will be based on total rounded up amount.
• Reward Points is valid for 24 month or 2 year from the date of points earned. Reward Points will automatically expire after 24th month.
• In the events that a Reward Points is inactive for a period of 12 months or more from the last transaction date, HH2U Pharmacy reserve the right at its sole discretion to forfeit any Reward Points accumulated to such inactive account and to reset its balance to zero.
• New Reward Points after every purchased and the then current rewards points balance will be printed on the receipt for such purchased.
• HH2U Pharmacy has the right to cancel the Reward Points awarded if products purchased are returned and refunded in full or partially or exchange of products, unless the exchange is for products with equivalent value.
• Reward Points awarded/or redeemed may be reversed or cancelled if HH2U pharmacy determines that the Reward Points is earned is due to system error.
• No Reward Points will be awarded for any transaction made at Lazada, shoppee or promotional items/ PWP sold at outlets.

4. INSTANT USAGE OF REWARD POINTS
• Reward Points earned can be used to offset purchases at any HH2U Pharmacy with every 1000 Reward Points redeemable at RM10.00.
• Reward Points earned can be redeemed at a maximum of 5000 Points per day at any HH2U Pharmacy.
• Reward Points cannot be exchanged for cash and can only strictly be used to offset the purchase by redemption method.
• HH2U Pharmacy may at its absolute discretion refuse to process your redemption request if fraudulent activities of your membership account are suspected.

5. MEMBERSHIP TERMINATION
• Members may terminate their membership at any time by notification to us via email to [email protected] or by filling in and returning the membership termination form from our HH2U Pharmacy Outlets. Membership will be terminated within 30days upon received of notice and all past history and earned reward Points will be deleted.
• HH2U Pharmacy may terminate, suspend or cancel a Membership at any time with or without prior notice and with or without cause at our own discretion.

6. GENERAL
• The Membership remains the property of HH2U Pharmacy at all times.
• HH2U Pharmacy may at its own discretion terminate the Membership by giving (30) calendar days’ notice.
• HH2U Pharmacy directors, affiliates and subsidiaries and participating Health & Health Pharmacy Outlet shall not be liable to you or any third party authorized by or claiming through you for any loss, damage, cost, expenses, actions, suits, claims and demand whatsoever, whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, of loss of business, revenue of profits or any nature suffered by you or any person for any loss, damage or injury caused or suffered by a person arising from the usage of the Membership.
• HH2U Pharmacy shall hold no liability of a Membership application s rejected for any reason whatsoever.
• Any dispute regarding Reward Points and services must be directed to HH2U Pharmacy Outlets and / or [email protected] within seven (7) days of the said dispute in writing.
• The Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. You are hereby expressly submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts on Malaysia.
• If any of the provisions herein contained should be invalid, illegal or unenforceable under any applicable law, the legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions should not ne affected.
• HH2U Pharmacy had the final authority as to the interpretation of the Terms and Conditions and as to any other questions or disputes regarding the membership.
