1 - How can I log in to HH2U online store?

If you already have an account, you can log in by using your email address if you have registered your email to this account. If not, you need to register as a new member to reap the benefits exclusively for our VIP members.

2 - What do I do if I forgot my account password?

On the login page, click on "Forgot Password" and the system will guide you through the steps to reset password.

3 - When will I get my order?

Please allow at least 5 working days to receive your order for West Malaysia(Peninsular) and 7 working days for East Malaysia(Sabah & Sarawak) to receive the order.

5 - How to track my order?

Tracking number will be sent to your email once the parcel is shipped. Just click the link to see the Shipping details. However it may take up to 24 hours for your tracking number to activate.

6 - What is the expiry date of all products in online store?

All products in website have more than six months of expiry date, short expiry will be stated in product description.
