GENERAL
1) These Cash-Rewards terms and conditions shall apply in addition to, and comprise part of the general HH2U terms and conditions as set out at Health & Health Pharmacy Terms and Conditions and any capitalised terms used herein without definition shall have the meanings assigned to them in the general HH2U T & Cs. By using the platform, you indicate that you accept these Cash Rewards T&Cs as well as the general Health & Health Pharmacy T & Cs.

2) If there is any inconsistency between (1) these Cash-Rewards T& Cs.(2) HH2U T& C, the following order of precedence shall be applied but only in so far as is necessary to resolve that conflict or discrepancy:
a) HH2U T& Cs
b) HH2U Cash-Reward T& C
c) HH2U Cash-Rewards brochures, marketing or promotional materials related to Cash Rewards.

3) We reserve the right to revise these Cash-Rewards T&Cs or terminate the Cash-Rewards program and any part thereof at any time. Such changes will take effect from such date as we may determine. Further, we also reserve the right to revise the stipulated validity date of accrued cash-rewards prior to the date of termination. We will notify you of such changes via email. No additional Cash- Rewards will be credited after the date of termination.

Use of Cash-Rewards
1) You may use Cash-Rewards while making payment for Products subject to the terms set out in these cash Rewards T&Cs.
2) To manually confirm any Cash-Rewards eligible items, check the balance of Cash-Rewards, please check at your member wallets or can request staff at outlets for assistance.
3) HH2U reserves the right to without notice deduct any Cash-Rewards which HH2U determines in its sole discretion has been credited into your ewallet account in error.
4) In the event that HH2U has a reasonable suspicion of fraud, an attempt at deception, or in the event of suspicion of other illegal activities in connection with the redemption of Cash-Rewards on the Platform, HH2U is entitled at its sole discretion to deduct any Cash-Rewards and close your account and /or require a different means of payment.
5) HH2U assumes no liability for the loss, thief or illegibility of Cash-Rewards.
6) Cash-Rewards is valid for the specified period stated on the cash-rewards ewallet, and can only be redeemed.
7) HH2U reserves the right to exclude the use of Cash Reward for certain products or items at its sole discretion.
8) Cash-Rewards can only be used up to 50% of the unit price of the Product after any offers, discounts or promotional pricing (including but not exclusive to voucher codes)
9) Cash-Rewards is not eligible for withdrawal or exchangeable for cash or transferrable to other customer accounts at any time.
10) If any product is manually confirmed on the cash-rewards page or Cash-rewards is issued for that item, such products shall not be exchangeable or refundable.
11) Please note that your available cash-rewards will be applied proportionately to the number of items in your order.

We reserve the right to amend these Cash-rewards Terms & Conditions at any time at its sole discretion without prior notice. All amendments will be posted on our Platform and be effective immediately. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the amended Conditions.
