1. HH2U Pharmacy shall use reasonable endeavors to deliver Products to the delivery address key in by the customer but HH2U pharmacy cannot guarantee any firm delivery time and shall not be liable for any delay in its delivery services, if the delay has been due to causes beyond our control.

2. The Courier service company appointment is at our choice and for order placed before 12.00pm, please allow five(5) to eight(8) working days for West Malaysia and eight(8) to twelve(12) working days for East Malaysia from the processing date of HH2U confirmation of acceptance of an order with the aforesaid areas unless otherwise notified by HH2U Pharmacy (Further shipment delay might be due to the Movement Control Order (MCO). P.O Box address is not acceptable for delivery and if some location is not possible, we may contact you for an alternative address that can still reachable by you.

3. HH2U Pharmacy reserves the right to withhold delivery of the Products to the Customer if it has doubts whatsoever to the Customer’s credit worthiness or insufficient identification.

Delivery Policy
• We provide delivery across Malaysia.
• Amendment of delivery address is not allowed after order confirmation.
• We deliver on Monday – Saturday, excluding the first Saturday of every month and local public holidays.
• We are only able to ship to Singapore and Hong Kong at this moment.
• Delivery service on Monday – Saturday, excluding the first Saturday of every month and local public holidays.

• All orders will be processed within 3-7 working days. Tracking number will be provided through email once we have shipped out your order.
• Please expect 2-5 working days for West Malaysia (Peninsular) and 5-10 working days for East Malaysia (Sabah/Sarawak) to receive the order once the shipment is out for delivery.
• Any changes on delivery address is not allowed after payment is made.
• If the courier company still unable to reach customer after the third attempt, the order will be deemed cancel and customer shall bear all the cost incurred during the delivery process (delivery cost & etc).

Domestic Delivery
Postage fees for domestic delivery are as below:

• West Malaysia (Peninsular) – RM5 for first 5KG, additional RM2 for the following KG.
• East Malaysia (Sabah/Sarawak) – RM10 for 1KG, additional RM3 for the following KG

FREE Delivery for orders above RM100, limited to West Malaysia addresses only unless is stated for different special promotion.
